During the Halcyon Residential Fellowship, a diverse, sector-agnostic cohort of fellows lived and worked at Halcyon’s headquarters in Washington, DC for 14-week residencies, culminating in a final showcase. Residential fellows received mentorship, training in investment readiness, business fundamentals, impact, and leadership, robust support from business consultants, and a living stipend to develop their entrepreneurial visions.
